Candidate Profile

Assignment Brief -Sales Assistant/Customer Service Representative - China

Purpose of the Job
The Sales Assistant / Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing necessary support to group for the attainment of the set market goals and objectives, support sales/market team to achieve target: This is achieved via:
? Collection worthy marketing information/news to team
? Order management, monitor closely to order status and report to manager
? Data analysis for sales KPI
? Bid documents collection and update for bid support

Main Responsibilities

? Determine the weekly/monthly operations goals and expectations and establishes line schedules, set priorities and monitor program activities.
? Direct the daily activities, release orders internal, tracking status and monitor progress
? Support sales team to establish goals and objectives monthly ,monitor progress and development, reminding timely
? Coordinate with operational groups to ensure smooth production, achieve shipment target for customers
? Interface with customer and representatives on various operational issues that needs immediate attention
? Support CS team for some design works
? Collect worthy marketing news and release to sales/marketing team weekly/monthly
? Update bid documents timely for bid support
? Data calculation and analysis monthly for sales KPI
? Support to translate contract/documents

Job Requirements
Experience Required

? At least 2 years or Coordination experience of a customer service
? Experience in support team in Manufacturing or trading company
Education / professional qualifications required
? Graduate calibre (all disciplines eligible however logistics, Business management related is preferential)
? Competent with IT Systems, particularly Microsoft Office
Skills/aptitude
? Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
? Negotiation skills
? A professional, positive self-starter
? Commercial awareness and business acumen
? Ability to work under pressure, quick thinker
? Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage others to complete tasks
? Strong analytical skills
? Result orientation, good implementation capacity
? High level of written and spoken English
? Photoshop skill
? Learn fast and familiar rules fast
? Adaptability : adapt the changes very quickly
