Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute the daily operation associated with AR processing and revenue recognition according to Corporate policies and procedures;

2. Issue VAT invoice and Prepare Payment Notice timely;

3. Customer Master Data management;

4. Data validation among SO, GRN and other sales documentation;

5. Daily book AR related entries in SAP and monthly perform AR closing activities accurately;

6. Prepare monthly AR aging report analysis, follow up the overdue status, and cooperate with commercial team to ensure timely and accurate discrepancy resolutions

Requirement:

1. College degree or above in accounting, finance or a related field

2. More than 3 years’ working experience in AR;

3. Good knowledge of PRC/US accounting standards and statutory regulations;

4. Experience in SAP and credit management system.
