？  Product transfer handling from design phase to mass production

？  Establish communication channels & acts as the direct contact for supplier issues and actions relating to issues found at the design phase

？  Implement PPAP for key parts with suppliers before part release for mass production including the supplier capability evaluation,CPK check,FAI inspection,GR&R check,processFMEA, Control plan approve and ect. On

？  Lead CAPA for problem resolution and continuous improvement with the supplier base

？  Perform quality audit according to FDA QSR requirement at the supplier site 

？  Development supplier quality objectives and monitor the performance metrics.

？  Drive the suppliers product control to meet the design requirements and low cost 

？  Develop suppliers improvement plans by utilizing supplier performance reports, audit 

？  Reports, CAPA database.etc.
