岗位职责：

1、协助运营主管进行淘宝天猫店铺日常性改版策划；

2、协助运营主管进行产品拍摄、上架、推广、销售、售后服务等经营及管理工作；

3、协助运营主管进行网店日常维护，保证网店正常运营，优化店铺及商品排名；

4、协助运营主管进行执行与配合公司相关营销活动，并能独立策划店铺营销促销方案；

5、保持与库存端的对接，包括产品属性、图片、库存、价格等方法；

6、建立活动进度表，跟进报名进度并跟进记录，审核不通过的注明、分析原因；

7、处理店铺违规、降权、处罚等突发事件。

任职要求：

1、熟悉电子商务流程（网上商城、淘宝店、天猫），熟悉网上购物和销售、推广、优化、维护、更新技能知识，熟悉电子商务平台的操作规范和流程；

2、有相关淘宝天猫工作经验优先考虑，专科及以上学历；

3、具有一定的网店策划能力，良好的文案功底，会简单的图片处理；

4、熟悉并且对分析买家心态有兴趣，有知名品牌方淘宝天猫店铺运营经验优先。
