安阁国际咨询（北京）公司上海分公司位于陕西南路淮海路，现诚招充满热忱且经验丰富的签证专员一位。

该职位的主要职责是：

1. 为客户提供签证以及移民相关工作的沟通与联络工作

2. 陪同客户体检

3. 协助准备外国人就业许可，就业证以及居留许可的相关材料

4. 到相关机构提交申请材料

5. 协助收集资料

6. 负责与客户协调沟通

职位要求：1.中国国籍且具有熟练的英语听，说，读，写能力

2. 2-3年针对外籍客户服务的工作经历，有房产或签证方面工作经验优先

3、具有良好的服务意识和很强的沟通协调、组织能力

4、对高端客户服务有深入理解

Relocation Officer - Shanghai

Ark Relocation Shanghai (Shanxi South Road) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Immigration Officer to join our expanding team.

The selected candidate will:

• Serve as point of contact for our clients for visa and immigration tasks
• Accompany to Medical Checks
• Assist with application forms for Alien Employment Licenses, Resident Permit, Work Permit
• Translate support documents
• Hand in visa application at authorities
• Assist with document collection
• Manage correspondence and communication with assignees

Suitable candidates should be native Chinese speakers and:

• Have excellent English skills
• 2-3 years’ experience in the real estate, relocation, visa/immigration industry or hospitality industry
• Possess high levels of problem solving and communication skills
• Have a real understanding of delivering high-end customer services

This is a great role to get started and develop in the relocation industry. It is also a very suitable role for anyone with experience in the hotel or restaurant industry who would like to work in a more regulated office environment.
