Position: Executive, Human Resources
Work Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Human Resources
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Work under general supervision to work with key stakeholders in Investment & Technology Asia Pacific (AST) to plan, organize and schedule the HR activities to support business objective achievements in terms of service deliveries, standards, schedules and legal compliance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The work areas include recruiting, staffing, employment administration and employee termination, employee training and development, delegate administration, domestic/ international relocation or transfer, performance evaluation coordination, employee relation and communication, etc.
Recruiting, placement and termination:
? Co-ordinate recruitment & staffing needs, in collaboration with recruitment team;
? Consolidate the data of recruiting status and headcount development;
? Handle employee transfer including into-, within- and out-, ensure proper communications are conducted and necessary HR procedures are followed, including proposals for transfer package, separation and hiring process;
? Handle separation process; analyze the separation reason and employee turnover statistics. Bring business management's attention on potential risks that impact employee retention.
? Administration of personnel documentation from setting personnel files to maintenance, i.e. contract renewal, necessary documentation
Training and development:
Assist to organize the training & development programs, and ensure the programs are fulfilled with support from Development & Training team by analyzing development needs and employee skill profiles and assist in preparing proposals on management succession planning and employee training programs.
Compensation and benefits:
Make explanation to employees on benefit programs and company policy. Prepare data to support proposal for salary adjustments if applicable.
Performance Management:
Facilitates the procedures to prepare for annual performance appraisal exercise to ensure all the elements are in place and ready to use as scheduled such as organizing communication meetings, documentation distribution and receipt (e.g. appraisal forms and salary adjustment worksheets), complete filling of appraisal forms. May need to collect and consolidate performance appraisal ratings, training/development expectations as preparation for motivation, training and development programs.
Employee Relationship & communications:
Co-ordinates and make preparations (documents, event arrangements) for the defined employee relationship programs such as communication documents/meetings.
Organization development:
Closely work with HR Groups to keep an updated database of organization structure and employee profiles, including the announcement of organization/ employee movements. Assist to evaluate existing job positions and benchmark new positions of junior levels to ensure internal equity at the appropriate organization levels.
Others: Other assignments as per requirement.
REQUIREMENTS:
? University degree, major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration
? Good command of English (oral and writing)
? 7+ years working experience in general HR functions in MNC
? Open-minding and self-motivated individual will be an advantage
