职位描述

Responsibility:

- Ensure projects are executed as per contract;

- Full understanding of project control tools;

- Supervise, advise and guide the discipline staff to ensure that their work is of the required quality;

- Develop the scope of work to achieve the specified deliverables;

- Exercise control over manpower and material resources in order to execute the project within budget, schedule, quality and HSE requirements as per contract;

- Exercise change control and variance control on each project;

- Report progress on projects to the client in a timely manner, highlighting issues which could impact on quality, cost, schedule or HSE matters;

Requirement:

- University degree
- 5-10 working years as project manager both in design as well as construction phases
- Experience with building projects with the focus on Industry/manufacturing and also non-industry
- Experience in working in foreign/JV engineering or project management company
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English both in spoken and written.
- Good computer skill
