Responsibility:
- Manage the construction work through gerneral contractors and/or subcontractors
- Daily supervision of the work.
- Help ensure sufficient supply of labour and material
- Planning and monitoring Progress
- Subcontract management
- Possess strong leadership qualitites

Requirement:
- College and University Graduates in Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience with foreign design and CM company with significant field construction management and
- Minimum 8 years experience with foreign design and CM company with significant field construction management and
supervision responsibilities.
- Proactive and aware of correct project management and field construction procedures and operations
- Good command of both written & spoken English & Mandarin.
- Cross Discipline work experience a plus
- Good command of MS office, Autocad.
- Good team player
