As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Division and Marine & Ports Business Units (BU) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) Business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

- Overall responsibility for appointed customer projects concentrating on financial result, customer satisfaction and staying on contractual schedule.

- Schedule management.

- Scope and change management.
- Risk and opportunity management.
- Safety management.

- Master's degree technical education, major in area of Mechanical, Electrical or other relevant Industrial engineering.
- More than 5 years of work experience in project business.
- International experience and background in a western based company are highly valued.
- Continuous employment for more than 3 years for one company is mandatory.
- Knowledge from heavy steel structures and marine business.
- PMP certificate is an advantage.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong communication and customer relationship building skills.
