职位描述

礼宾主管

1. security and comfort of all guests, hotel personnel and property in and around the hotel.
持续检查安置好的紧急安全装置并巡视公共区域,餐厅,楼层,办公室,所有的客房和其他的区域,确保所有客人的舒适、酒店员工和酒店内外公共财产的安全。
2. Through hands-on management, supervises closely all Concierge and Security Officers in the performance of their duties in accordance with Hotel Policies & Procedures and applicable laws.
管理指导礼宾员、保安员的工作与酒店政策、规章制度和适用的法律一致。
3. Ensures the Concierge and Security Officers are at areas of their assignment at all times.
确保礼宾员、保安员时时刻刻坚守分派的岗位。
4. Ensures patrol been carried out in all public areas, restaurants, guest floors, offices, plant rooms and all other areas of the hotel, ensuring safety, security and comfort of all guests, hotel personnel.  Ensures that all Security personnel look out for any suspicious loiterers or articles.
确保所有公共区域,餐厅,楼层,办公室,所有的客房和其他的区域的巡逻工作,确保所有客人和酒店人员的舒适安全,确保留意可疑人员和邮件包裹。
5. Patrols public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and missing or inoperative safety equipment.
巡视公共区域及时发现火灾隐患、损坏失灵的安全器材、和其它不安全的情况。
6.Ensures the smooth running of all operational procedures within the department and in-relation to other departments.
确保本部门之间和与其他部门之间营运的平稳运转。
7.Be responsible for welcoming of guests and escorting them to their rooms where necessary, in a professional friendly and genuine manner.
负责欢迎客人,并在必要时,以专业、友好和真诚的态度陪同客人进入其客房。
8. Be responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, cars and reception.
负责时刻关注客人的行李和物品从客房、车辆和前台的送达和收取。
9. To ensure guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.
确保客人的行李和物品寄存安全并有序。
10.Conducts enquiries and checks on all security and fire related incidents and submit initial reports.
指导调查和检查所有安全和火灾隐患并递交重要的报告。
11. Assists/Organizes the Security Fire Fighting Team in the event of an emergency.
紧急火灾时协助组织义务消防队。
12.Ensures all Fire Exits are clear from obstruction at all times.
确保所有防火通道随时畅通。
13.Assists management and enforcement offices in emergency situations.
协助管理和执行紧急情况下的工作。
14.Assists in the investigation of any accidents and security incidents involving hotel guest and employees.
协助做好酒店客人和员工突发和意外事件的调查工作。
15.Questions any suspicious character in a polite manner; Refuses entry if the subject is not able to provide reasonable reply; Requests for assistance immediately if the situation arises.
礼貌地询问可疑的来访者,如果不能提供原因的有权拒绝其进入酒店,当有紧急情况发生时应请求帮助。
16. Monitors and controls the movement of all employees leaving and entering the hotel through the employee entrance.
监督并控制所有员工出入走员工通道。


保安兼礼宾员

1. Patrols lobbies, corridors, guest floors and public areas and makes use of the i-Guard System appropriately, while ensuring there are no fires, unsafe conditions, and/or missing or inoperative safety equipment.
巡视大堂、走廊、楼层和公共区域并正确运用巡更系统,以确保没有火灾、安全隐患和遗失或失灵的安全器材。
2. Ensures that the Hotel’s policy and procedures in key issuance are adhered to at all times. 
确保时刻严格遵守酒店的规章制度。
3. Ensures that the Hotel’s policy & procedures on the issuance of Security Passes are adhered to for all visitors including suppliers, contractors, part-timers, employees etc.
确保所有的来访者包括供应商、老客户、小时工和酒店的员工严格遵守酒店的安全保卫的制度和守则。
4. Ensures that tasks and duties listed for designated posts such as Staff Entrance, Control Room, Lobby, Guest Floors, Exterior area are professionally carried out at all times.
确保一些任务和职责明确成为条款比如员工通道、监控室、大堂、客房楼层、酒店外围都应时刻保证安全工作到位。
