As an Associate Project Manager, you will be part of the Power Grids (PG) Business and High Voltage Products Business Line, based in Beijing. ABB is World’s No.1 in Power Products Business and the product manufactured becomes the key components to transmit and distribute electricity. The division incorporates ABB’s manufacturing network for Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Cables and associated equipment. It also offers all the services needed to ensure products’ performance and extend their lifespan.

You will provide vital support on projects within the HV Breakers & Modules Product Group/ High Voltage Products Business Line / Power Grids (PG) Business in Beijing /China country/NAS region. Reporting to the PM Manager you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

？ Review and verify the customer's contract terms and conditions before contract is signed.
？ Help sales to analyse risk exposures in the contract.
？ Get acquainted with company policy and control order handling process.
？ Book contract terms and conditions in SAP timely and accurately.
？ Confirm delivery plan with customer before production schedule is fixed.
？ To receive on-site inspecting customers.
？ Control account receivable and reduce overdue.
？ Coordinate internally relevant departments and customers to mitigate finish goods.
？ Coordinate relative functions once problem occurs during contract execution.
？ Cost management.
？ Accomplish business targets set by company.

？ Bachelor’s Degree and major in Law/International trade.
？ 5+ years of working experience and Commercial experience in industries.
？ Good understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions and project analysis.
？ Team player with strong negotiation skills, professionalism and the work independently.
？ Fluent in oral and written English.
