Position: HR Executive
Work Location: Guangzhou or Shanghai
Reporting to: Chairman

JOB OBJECTIVES:


Work under general supervision and follow the relevant policies and procedures, process the activities and implement the relevant policies in the assigned job areasuch as compensation and benefit, staffing and terminations, employee training and development, organization development, delegate administration, employee relation, to support the unit objective achievements in terms of service deliveries, standards, schedules and legal compliance. Keep track on the development of government labor requirements and report to supervisor the changes that could effect the existing policies/procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Supervising a variety of programs and policies regarding employees such as advertising job positions, recruitment, processing applications, verifying employment, separation, contracts, and compensation schedule in compliance with Company's policies, contracts, laws, and agreements.
2. Interpreting various written materials such as transcripts, employment records, references, employment regulations, and education codes.
3. Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records and legislation.
4. Conducting employee orientation programs like introducing personnel, employment benefits, payroll, assisting in filling of enrollment forms.
5. Ensure the accurate information reflects in payroll database, verifying, and providing inputs regarding data and pay changes.
6. Informing applicants and employees regarding various programs and procedure requirements such as tenure, hours of work, benefits, general work expectations, and time off.
7. Preparing invoices and payment related to payroll reporting.
8. Supporting new employee orientation programs, notifies employees on health, dental, medical, and compensation benefits.
9. Collecting information on benefits, salaries, and issues regarding contract negotiations.
10. Establish and maintenance personnel files, update employee personal information and data.
11. Responsible for signing labor contracts with employee and daily management.
12. Perform other assigned duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management;

2.Business Management with 5 years professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
3. Solid knowledge of the labor law in China;
4. Good personality and interpersonal communication skills;
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English;
6. Good computer operation skill.
