JOB OBJECTIVES:
Seeking for a full time employee,he/she will be responsible for the operation of Accounts Payable for 2 companies (BCIT & BCSC).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collect payment invoices and supporting documents, check invoice validity & appropriate approval of request before scanning to BASC with proper bar-codes;
2. 20% random check on posting accuracy, and note down SAP docu. on checked documents;
3. Monitor down payment and debit items of vendor accounts;
4. Ensure timely clearing of open items;
5. Support on very urgent payment requests and Custom duty & VAT payments;
6. Consolidate block/unblock payment instruction (incl. GR status) for weekly payment proposal;
7. Coordinate with local tax team for VAT invoice verification & Withholding Tax certificate application;
8. Close all open cases listed in input VAT Reconciliation Report timely;
9. Follow-up rejected workflow and reject payments;
10. Support on vendor (incl. employee) query;
11. Ensure supporting documents are in place for tax filing and payment processing. Do endeavor to clear up over-due payments
12. Support on financial/internal/external audit & tax audit;
13. Verify data in SAP against PO (payment term, good/service description etc), and note down posting instruction for special payment term for project related;
14. Note down WBS nr. on payment order for Project Accounting related down-payment;
15. Support on inter-company reconciliation payable follow-ups and discrepancy solving;
16. Analyse and follow up difference of GR/IR and landing charges to ensure timely clearing.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in finance & Accounting related major;?????
2. At least 2 year working experience in Finance & Accounting related work.
3. Reliable, responsible, detail orientated, diligent and has good understanding and communication skills.
4. Speaks and writes fluent English
5. Familiar with MS office, Excel
6. SAP user is a plus
