岗位职责:

职位描述：
汇报给部门经理. 支持部门经理完成业务软件产品开发项目.
负责业务系统的开发,维护,优化并完成工作中技术文档编写和更新；
负责审核供应商开发的程序代码和文档质量；
负责数字化平台与其他业务系统的接口维护；
协助团队不断完善开发流程和文档的标准化建设.

任职要求：
5年以上J2EE开发经验，JAVA基础扎实，熟练运用设计模式；
熟练掌握Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Dubbo、REST等服务框架，了解机制；
具有RPC、分布式、多线程、cache、MQ、socket通信编程经验；
熟练掌握Oracle，MSSQL, MySQL中的至少两种数据库使用；
掌握Memcache/Redis/MONGODB 中的至少一种NOSQL产品的使用；
熟练使用开发工具，版本控制软件, 如Eclipse，IDEA， SVN，Git 等；
能够快速学习新技术，有良好的英文技术文档的阅读能力；
大学本科及以上学历，计算机、软件相关专业；
具有很强的沟通协调和计划能力，具备团队和沟通意识；

优先考虑：
有Cache数据开发经验和CSP开发经验的优先考虑；
熟悉敏捷软件开发过程，Scrum master或有PMP证书者优先考虑；
有电商, 在线营销产品,或互联网医疗开发经验优先考虑；
有在线支付，SharePoint, Dynamic CRM，开发经验者优先考虑；
有企业服务总线ESB实施经验优先考虑；
有微信平台开发经验（公众号或小程序），熟悉微信公众平台API接口。
