1.建立和健全业务合规体系,拟定风险控制方案,推动与监督各项合规制度、政策的落实执行;

2.负责起草重要合同、商务协议,审核、修订重大的非格式化合同,防范、把控合同法律风险;

3.能及时处理涉及日常运营的疑难问题和重大客户案件，并且应对公司内外部纠纷的谈判;

4.针对新业务可能出现的法律风险,出具可行性报告和法务意见。

任职要求:

1.全日制法学专业本科及以上学历,具有律师证或者法律职业资格证;

2.三年以上法律实务工作经验,有建筑装饰装修从业经验优先;

3.熟悉公司法、合同法、担保法、物权法、破产法、投融资法规等相关法律理论知识与实务操作;

4.熟悉投资业务审核的合规风险控制点,能够独立处理常规合规事项、提供创新业务相关合规支持;

5.具备灵活应变能力、商务谈判能力及技巧;

6.能适应短期出差；

7.良好的职业操守，法律思维严谨、逻辑性强，正直、诚实、公正。
