岗位职责

1、负责公司越南，发行的各类产品的运营工作；

2、制定活动规划，对活动效果负责，并进行活动分析、改进工作；

3、参与制定运营规划，提高运营效果；

4、指导研发商进行产品调优、版本研发规划等工作；

5、游戏运营中的沟通协调工作。

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上越南市场运营经验

2、有较强的越南语读写能力（可直接撰写编辑越南语语稿件、与玩家沟通）及良好的听说能力；

3、了解越南市场玩家心理，能够准确把握玩家需求；

4、有良好的沟通、协调、规划、执行等综合能力；

Post Responsibilities

1、Responsible for the operation of various products issued by the company in Vietnamese;

2、Formulate game activity plans, be responsible for the effects of the activities, and conduct activity analysis and improvement work;

3、Participate in the development of game operation planning and improve the operational effect of the game;

4、Instruct the developer to carry out product tuning, version development planning, etc.

5、Communication and coordination in game operations.

Post Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year experience in operating game products in Vietnamese, experience in successful product operation in the Vietnamese market is preferred;

2. Strong Vietnamese literacy skills (can directly write and edit Indonesian manuscripts, communicate with players) and good listening and speaking skills;

3. Understand the psychology of players in Vietnamese market and be able to accurately grasp the needs of players;

4、Have good communication, coordination, planning, execution and other comprehensive capabilities;

5、Able to use OFFICE, etc.

6、Fresh graduates with outstanding Vietnamese language skills may also be considered.
