职位描述
As Sarment Sales Manager (On-trade Client Channel) in Shanghai, this position holder needs to be ambitious and dedicated to on-trade client channel’s business development especially in Shanghai.
The proposed position holder will directly report to Director of Shanghai Sales based in Shanghai office.
The position will entail the following responsibilities but not limited to:
- Know and present Sarment wine portfolio and services to the target customers
- Identify regional universe by channel and establish a compressive target customer list in Shanghai
- Develop city / customer strategies and validate actions with Direct Report
- Focus on Sarment core brands but also identify suitable existing brands / wines for each channel or partner
- Build a monthly business development plan and follow the progress with the Direct Report
- Open customers especially in on-trade Client channel in line with the brand / BD strategy
- Build strong partnerships and close relationships with all the customers
- Follow the customer’s order and delivery quality
- Ensure sales and profitability performance to reach the expected sales and margin targets
- Manage the A/R collection of each account
- Work in collaboration with the Shanghai marketing team to plan & create appropriate promotional programs and events
- Arrange market and customer visits for management or winery partners when necessary
- Collaborate with the other city sales team members to align channel strategy
- Communicate critical business information to the appropriate departments
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of the relevant business development and sales experience
- Excellent negotiation skills and result-driven personality
- Sales experience in wine industry is a plus
- Has on-trade customer data base in the relevant working region, know customer expectations is a plus
- Good knowledge of wine and brand(s) is an advantage
- Sales ethics and sensitivity to legal issues and competition law
- A good team player to achieve company’s sales target

该职位员工直接向上海销售总监汇报。
该职位将承担以下职责,但不限于:
- 了解并向目标客户展示SARMENT葡萄酒组合产品和服务
- 按渠道进行甄别,建立上海区域强有力的目标客户名单
- 实施开拓客户战略,并协同直接上司进行操作验证
- 关注公司核心品牌,为各个渠道或合作伙伴甄选合适的现有品牌/葡萄酒
- 建立月度客户开发计划,并向直属上司汇报进展
- 根据品牌/业务拓展战略,着力开发餐饮客户渠道
- 与所有客户建立强有力的伙伴关系和保持密切联系
- 跟进客户的订单以及确保交货质量
- 确保销售和盈利能力达到预期的销售和利润目标
- 管理每个客户应付账款的收款情况
- 与上海市场团队合作,计划和创建适合的促销和活动
- 协同其他城市的销售团队保证渠道战略的一致性
- 必要时安排高层管理人员或酒庄客人到访市场和拜访客户
- 向相关部门沟通传达关键业务信息
技能及资格
- 至少2年业务拓展和销售经验
- 优秀的谈判技巧,结果为导向
- 在葡萄酒行业具备销售经验优先
- 拥有餐饮客户资源,并了解客户期望者优先
- 了解丰富的葡萄酒和品牌知识优先
- 具备销售职业道德,对法律问题和竞争法方面高度敏锐
- 富有良好的团队合作精神,以努力达成公司的销售目标
