职位目标
？ 业界压倒性的产品线曝光率，发现并闭环跟踪销售线索，尤其是针对新产品
？ 从市场角度参与大中华区销售团队、总部、以及头部客户的策略执行
？ 规划市场策略、执行活动，发现和引导业界动向
招聘要求? 电子或通信相关领域的本科或硕士，两年或以上工作经验
? 有激情 ，愿意在努力工作中成长.
? 对市场营销这门科学有兴趣
? 对客户应用和需求有强烈兴趣，有急切动力把这些需求转化成产品销售工具的一部分
? 团队合作精神，良好的沟通和社交技巧，具备说服其他人一起朝某个目标努力的能力
? 英文读写流利、参加英文培训无障碍、可以在全球性公司环境下工作。中文有一定文字功底。
加分项目
? 有一定的市场营销经验和知识，尤其是利用现代数字工具的营销
? 有研发经验，熟悉和了解电源产品的设计
? 熟悉信号完整性 、电源完整性以及高速总线接口，比如 USB, Ethernet , DDRII/III
