As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Marine & Ports Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will lead a team within the Propulsion Products Product Group/ Marine & Ports Business Line (BL) / Industrial Automation Business in the execution of production processes. Reporting to the Production Manager you will support the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely, and cost-effective manner.

？ Manage and supervise production site work in safe. Ensure no major safety incident, promote safety culture and value in team.
？ Manage and supervise production site work with high quality. Ensure all the production record to fill in time and correctly. Promote quality culture in team.
？ Manage and supervise production site work delivery in time according to project plan. Monitor project throughput time.
？ Manage and supervise production site in good cleanness.
？ Make training for team fitter with product knowledge, safety awareness, quality awareness, ownership and customer focus awareness.
？ Coordinate and handle production site critical issue with another team.
？ Manage team administration issue.
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

？ Bachelor’s Degree and major in Mechanical is required.
？ 10+ years of working experience in Heavy Industrial and marine business.
？ Background in Production Site Management or Production Process Management is preferred.
？ Certified in Production lean & 6S is an advantage.
？ Familiar with SAP, Office tools, etc.
