工作主要内容：

完成公司新产品及现有产品重大改进课题的开发、研制任务；

负责跟踪新产品中试及试产工作；

根据客户的要求制定开发方案，深入客户作业现场，跟踪产品使用情况，并从中发现产品存在的不足和存在的问题；

协助销售人员解答客户相关技术方面的咨询；

严格按照需求做试验，及时填写试验报告和相关技术文档；

协助公司进行科研项目及专利申报，包括项目材料撰写、申报材料准备；

负责对所使用仪器及设备的日常维护及实验室的日常维护；

完成上级安排的其它工作，并按要求定期向上级汇报。

任职资格：

化学本科或以上学历，有水性乳液聚合领域或高分子材料相关行业从业经验优先；

有从事研发工作的强烈意愿，两年以上科研经验者优先；

良好的中英文理解和书面表达能力，能够熟练阅读和理解英文技术资料，熟练使用计算机及各类办公软件；

人品佳，专业知识扎实，动手能力强，踏实肯干；

有团队合作精神。
