岗位职责：
1. 前台接待工作，接听和转接总机电话, 接待来访客人
2. 每月办公室行政费用结算分摊，如电话费，快递费等
3. 监管每家供应商提供的报价和服务质量；及时反馈部门对于供应商的意见
4. 维护和保养办公室设备，包括电话线、打印机、传真机、顶灯、空调等
5. 确保办公室环境整洁，地毯干净，所有物品井然有序
6. 每月更新办公室员工通讯录
7. 完成上级委派的其他任务


岗位要求：
1. 良好的待人接物技能
2. 具备良好的公司前台接待行为
3. 有基础的英语能力
4. 大学专科或本科，2021年应届毕业生有留用机会。
