行政方面Admin Function:

1. 负责总计前台访客的接待工作；

In Charge of the switchboard and visitors reception;

2. 负责办公室用品的采购和管理，合理安排公司财物，、办公桌椅、沙发等；

Be responsible for purchasing and keeping office supplies, properly arrange company properties such as printers, telephones, desks and seats, etc. ;

3. 负责因公行程的票务、住宿、车辆等；

Arrange ticketing, lodge, car rental and other business trip affairs;

4. 负责公司证照、车辆及年检管理；

Be responsible for company certificates, company cars and the annual inspection;

5. 负责所有办公室的行政管理，包括，保安、保洁、午餐、班车等等。

Responsible for all office administrative management, such as including security, cleaner, food and driver etc.,

6. 协助建立并推行行政管理制度，协助制定行政办公费用预算并控制行政办公费用在预算内执行；

Assistant to establish and implement administration policies, assist making administration budget and follow it;

7. 其他上级交待的工作。

Other works assigned by superior leader.

HR方面HR function:

1. 办公室员工的考勤；

Office staff attendance management.

2. 外籍人员就业证和签证的办理和延期

Do and renew the alien work permit and vist

3. 其他上级交待的工作。

ALUK Curtain Wall Windows and Doors System (Shanghai) Co Ltd is the wholly owned subsidiary of AluK Group, one of Europe’s leading aluminium systems companies, supplying windows, doors and facades for both residential and commercial developments.
