Title: Assistant Director, Placement team
Department: China Hub
Purpose:
To provide specialist placement expertise and act as focal point for placement and carrier relationship activities, including building a nationwide team of placement specialists and actively managing placement activities to maximize the benefit of our carrier relationship strategy.

Job Content
- Assistance on the deployment of WillPLACE in Willis China.
- Carrier relationship management (both at Group and local levels).
- Implementation, supervision and monitoring Key Accounts Placement Management.
- Facility/Products development
- Coaching and training

Education and/or Experience
- Master degree, insurance major is preferred.
- 7+ year experiences in the insurance industry.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Well knowledge and understanding of the insurance market.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Good skills in office software like word, excel and PowerPoint
