Title: Marketing Services Leader
BU/Department: China Hub
Reports to: Head of China Hub
Purpose:
To lead and manage the team providing top quality marketing and communications services to Willis China Business Units.
Job Content
1. Develop and execute a forward-looking communications strategy, including marketing communications, to build the Willis China brand in our key customer segments in all our targeted industries.
2. Ensure the efficient communication of key information and messages both internally and externally.
3. Maintain consistent quality of communications and presentational material, in both English and Chinese, and manage the production of high quality PPT and RFP presentations to clients.
4. Be involved with the planning and communications aspects of events, such as seminars and annual meetings.
5. Support the growth and development of the business by providing high quality and timely market research and market intelligence in line with BUs' requirements.
6. Prepare internal and external newsletters / brochures to a professional standard, based on content provided by Associates.
7. Provide top quality translation services to the BUs, internally for English-Chinese and Chinese-English, and managing external providers for other languages.
Education and/or Experience
1. Undergraduate degree, and preferably MA.
2. 8 year's experience in a business (ideally financial services) with at least three years working in a Communications Services role.
3. Team management/leadership.

6. Some knowledge of Technical insurance knowledge and familiarity with insurance processes an advantage.
7. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, with excellent written language skills.
8. Proficient in presentational media, especially PowerPoint.
9. Very good written and good spoken English.
10 Good PC skills.
