Title: Supervisor, Slips and Policies
BU/Department: China Hub Services Team
Reports to: Head of China Hub Services Team
Purpose: To provide efficient and high quality support services to Business Units, as part of the Services team in the Hub, enabling front-end teams to focus on Sales and Client Service.

Job Content
- Monitoring team members on well preparing for standard slips
- Coordination on jobs relative to policy checking and endorsements
- Providing various reports to head of hub service team
- Routine administrative task as required
- Other management assistance to head of hub service team as necessary

Education and/or Experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Preferably, 3 year's or above experience in the insurance industry, ideally in an insurance broker

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Technical insurance knowledge and familiarity with insurance processes
- Knowledge of IT systems, preferably related to insurance
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese
- Good written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Excellent PC skills.
