Title: Assistant Manager
BU/Department: Claim Team, China Hub
Purpose: To assist BUs to handle and finalize claim cases, mainly focusing on marine/cargo cases
Job Content
- Take responsible to handle complex claim cases, smooth claims process and maintain claim services in a high standard
- Collect claim information/documentation of cases
- Provide site service, including site inspection, negotiation and meetings
- Update claim information into e-Global claim system
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree(Maritime background will be better)
- CET 6
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- At least 3 years experience in claims handling
- Good team player
Key Capabilities
- Strict in logic, especially in site service and negotiation skill
