Title: Risk Management Consultant
BU/Department: Risk management consulting

Job Content
- Assist to prepare client Risk management proposal and other business development affairs
- Perform basic data analysis to identify client's potential risks
- Work as a key team member to identify risks, prioritize risks, develop risk mitigation strategy and assist the implementation
- Embed the risk management approach into client's existing business processes
- Assist client to set up the risk management infrastructure within the organization and help to build up client's internal risk management capability
- Participant in the internal function / service line capability building

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor degree at least
- Minimum 3 years management experience within consulting, insurance or brokers
- Strong communication and problem solving skill
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Process management and quality management skill
- Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet)
- Persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal
- Insurance brokerage knowledge will be a plus
