职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for accounts receivable
负责应收账款的管理
2. Responsible for VAT invoice
负责增值税发票的管理
3. Inter company accounting
内部公司的往来核算
4. Tax related (tax declare, management of sales of non-trade foreign exchange, etc.)
税务相关的工作 (纳税申报, 非贸出证, 等)
ACCOUNTABILITY:
1.Close supervision with frequent and detailed instructions.
2.Working within structured guidelines on most duties. Makes some decisions, refers only unusual problems to supervisor.
3.Under general direction with specific objectives given. Makes most decisions.
4.Works independently and uses own judgment for most decisions. Responsible for some planning.
5.Accountable for the actions of those supervised as well as for own actions.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
1. Major in business, accounting or finance.
2. Minimum 2 year’s relevant working experience in a multinational company,
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
4. Familiar with accounting system, especially for Oracle.
5. Proficient in English, with excellent reading and writing skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a good team player at the same time.
7. Ability to cope with work pressure, independent and conscientious, handle multi-tasks concurrently but still manage to meet tight business deadlines.
