SUMMARY: support Dior Distribution Manager in daily management of Dior Brand in China

MARKETING/VM:
-Selecting the target doors to insert in the seasonal window campaign;
-Coordinating the delivery and the installation of the Dior window seasonal campaign (products included);
-Coordinating the removal of the expired window seasonal campaign statements;
-Coordinating with the VM team to improve the doors in the network (i.e. provide institutional displays, update visuals, move/enlarge Dior space etc.);
-Checking the respect of Dior guidelines in the POS.

DIOR POS: NEW OPENING PROCEDURE (AUDITING)
-Collection of the new door openings proposal from sales team;
-Auditing the new doors through the upload of questionnaires and pictures on the Safilo website.
-Send to China DDM 3rd week of each month
-Send to SFE DDM last week of each month

REPORTING ACTIVITY
-Collecting data for the followings reports:
-Monthly luxury corner reports (data by doors);
-Luxury corner installation reports;
-Monthly update of the contract selective distribution report (data by doors);
-Quarterly update of the contract selective distribution report (data by doors);
-Quarterly update of distribution report (data by account)
-Monthly report of sell-in/sell-out by door (implemented from January 2012);
-Statement campaign results (if required);
-Keeping update the doors database;
-Collecting the application for new Dior projects;
-Market visit reports;

TRADESHOW, BUYING SESSIONS, MARKET VISIT
-Presenting the collection to the clients;
-Helping in organizing and setting up the Dior space;
-On field market visit of the POS, followed by reports and tentative implementation;
-Organizing FH market visit: route/schedule, doors improvement and set-up, emergency products/POP delivery and accompanying FH during the visit.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Logical thinking
-Meticulous and very organised
-Excellent EXCEL skills
-Translate from English to Chinese
-Ability to work independently
-2 to 3 years working experience required
