资金管理类

1.管理公司的库存现金,维护公司的银行账户的正常运作,按照公司相关财务政策,制度的要求,确保账户安全及资金的合理使用.

2.根据公司付款政策,对各项付款申请进行初审,确保申请金额的准确性,审批手续的完整性及不存在重复付款的现象,登陆网银进行付款经办,并完成付款凭证的制作.

3.和银行保持良好的沟通关系,了解各类银行工具,关注资金变动,汇率变动,给予上级资金管理方面的建议.

4.能协助上级完成相关流程的建立/修订.

费用审核类

1.熟悉公司的费用政策,能严格依据政策审核各类费用,敏锐地挖掘出异常情况,并能就异常情况及时,恰当地和申请人沟通,并帮助他们熟悉政策,修正差错.

2.及时,准确地在系统中完成费用类凭证地账务处理.

3.能及时总结工作中的经验,并对费用类政策的修订提出意见并协助上级完成修订.

报表分析工作

1.能熟练运行办公软件对费用类支出进行整体和分部门分析,完成分析报告.

2.能对资金的使用情况进行汇总分析,分析结果有利于公司资金的合理安排.

其他职责

1.公司年检,证照变更及管理.

2.上级安排的其他工作.
