岗位职责：
1、完成公司视频节目项目的研发和策划；
2、负责节目的拍摄制作，含撰稿、采访、拍摄统筹、视觉效果把控等；
3、指导剪辑师完成节目后期剪辑、包装；
4、对播出节目进行数据分析汇总并调整优化内容创作。
岗位要求：
1、熟悉电视节目制作的各个环节，根据节目定位要求，能独立完成选题策划、节目脚本、拍摄协调、撰稿、后期等工作；
2、思路清晰活跃，知识面广，选题能力强，具有较强的讲述或叙事能力，具有一定的采访能力和故事挖掘能力；
3、对色彩、构图语言感觉敏锐，具有较强的审美能力，有能力把握节目视觉效果；
4、有电视栏目或网络视频的导演（编导）经验及案例，对于舞美效果、机位调度、现场安排以及各环节衔接有整体把控能力；
5、传媒、影视编导等专业，本科以上学历，2年以上相关经验，有担任过电视专题节目或纪录片编导工作经验优先。

6、有电视购物编导经验优先。
