PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To assist data resource team leader to ensure the quality of data plan and S&MS project so as to eliminate complaints and enhance data quality in local database and customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
·Establish and settle the rules of QA according Duns-Right flow;
·Check and control the quality of the data for dataplan;
·Check and control the quality of the data for S&MS project;
·Check and control the quality of Mini-investigation by call recorder;
·Establish and settle the script of the FB/FM/FT call;
·To support team leader to train the new recruited TSR and vender for all kinds of project;
·Manage and control the quality of the vender;
·Compile monthly report based upon the daily QC results;
·To assist team leader in planning and arranging bulk order if required;
·To be responsible for the other quality control;

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
·College degree or above
·Good English reading and writing skills, CET-4
·Familiar with Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Access
·At least one year working experience, related work experience is preferred
·Excellent communication skill
·Quick learner, a good team player

工作目的：
协助数据资源团队领导的工作，以保证数据方案以及S&MS项目的高质量执行，从而消除投诉并完善本地数据库，提升客户满意度。

主要工作职责：
·根据Duns-Right流程建立并确定质量监督的规则
·核实并监督数据方案的数据质量
·核实并监督S&MS项目的数据质量
·检查监督通话记录质量
·建立并确定FB/FM/FT通话的脚本
·在不同的项目中分别协助团队领导对新电话销售员工及供应商进行培训
·管理并监督供应商质量
·根据平时的质量控制成果，来汇总月度报告
·如有需要，协助团队领导规划并安排好相应大订单的具体展开工作
·对其他的质量控制任务负责

工作经验、学历、技术以及能力要求等：
·大专及以上学历
·良好的英语阅读及书写能力，大学英语四级水平
·熟悉计算机基本操作技能，特别是Excel和Access
·至少有一年的工作经验，有相关领域从业经验者优先
·沟通技巧良好
·学习能力佳，团队合作能力佳
