岗位职责：

1、根据项目经理的安排，负责项目上（电气、暖通、给排水等）安装、工序监督施工等各项事务；

2、管理施工现场所需材料，督促施工工人、材料和设备按时进场；

3、合理安排、科学引导、顺利完成本工程的机电施工任务；

4、负责项目开发前期准备及后期跟进管理并协助解决施工现场实际问题；

5、参与机电设备验收及试运转等工作，参与隐蔽工程验收工作；

6、完成项目负责人安排的其他任务。

任职资格：

1、相关专业中专或高中以上学历，28岁以上，拥有工长或施工员证书；  

2、具有6年以上装饰工程现场管理、机电施工管理经验；
3、熟悉机电工程施工工艺和工作流程，了解各项工程检验质量参数；

4、熟悉安全生产管理和现场应急情况处理；
5、熟悉施工图纸及熟练使用CAD软件；
6.   具有较强的现场工作组织及管理能力；较好的沟通能力；

7.   工作细致认真，吃苦耐劳，有强烈的工作责任心，具有写字楼办公空间装修工程管理经验者优先。。
