Qualification & Requirements:

1. M.S in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics.
2. Should have excellent analytical skills, independent problem solving ability.
3. At least 1 year industry or university research experience in conducting laboratory experiment is required.
4. Should be familiar in the use of standard electronic laboratory equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies.
5. Knowledge of semiconductor device physics is a plus.
6. Must be fluent in written and spoken English (CET6), with good general communication skills.


职位要求：
1. 硕士研究生学历，电子电力工程或应用物理学科专业
2. 需要具备出色的分析能力，独立解决问题能力
3. 至少一年相关行业经验，或者是学校实验室实践研究经验
4. 需熟练使用电子实验室设备
5. 了解半导体器件物理尤佳
