工作内容：
1、接听电话，登记客户信息，接待客户来访；
2、及时准确的更新员工通讯录；管理公司网络、邮箱；
3、负责日常办公用品采购、发放、登记管理，办公室设备管理；
4、负责订水、信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系；
5、员工考勤系统维护、考勤统计及外出人员管理
6、受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，下发会议通知，布置会议室；
7、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格：
1、1、大专以上学历，普通话标准，声音甜美，形象气质好；
2、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；
3、工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直,有亲和力,具备较强的书面和口头表达能力.
