职位描述
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage Executive Director, Finance schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external/internal clients
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Organize events and functions related to the business
- Conduct light research
- Basic level interpretation in occasional meetings and translation of written documents
- Provide finance team support, and event support as necessary
Experience and Education
? 2+ years support experience
? Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (PowerPoint an advantage)
? Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
? Bachelor degree an advantage
? Experience in maintaining confidentiality
