职位描述

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage Executive Director, Finance schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Interact with external/internal clients
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Organize events and functions related to the business
  • Conduct light research
  • Basic level interpretation in occasional meetings and translation of written documents
  • Provide finance team support, and event support as necessary

Experience and Education

?          2+ years support experience

?          Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (PowerPoint an advantage)

?          Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

?          Bachelor degree an advantage

?          Experience in maintaining confidentiality
