1，造价工程，工程管理相关专业本科及以上学历

2，1-2年工程造价咨询经验，能熟练进行造价前期咨询估算，概算，预算等工作，独立完成造价工作

3，负责工程项目施工过程的成本控制，预算编制及结算审查等工作，具备较强的工程项目成本控制能力

4，品德优良，能吃苦耐劳，沟通交流能力强，审核相关条款

5，能熟练运用造价软件，熟悉清单计价规范

具体岗位职责：

1，进行日常成本测算，提供设计变更成本建议；

2，负责对设计估算，施工图预算，招标文件编制，工程量计算进行审核

3，跟踪分析合同执行情况，审核相关条款

4，工程款支付/结算审核

5，变更洽商审核及处理索赔事宜
