JOB OBJECTIVES:
Responsible for the management of domestic transportation LSPs work in BCH PD office providing service to BACC, BAPS, BCH, BPPL, BPTS & other BASF companies, ensure all distribution activities in a safe and cost effective way, and provide the best services to internal business partners & external customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Order operation according to the TMS process accurately and timely.按照TMS流程正确和及时操作订单.
2. Monitor and record the LSP's performance, help them to improve their service.监督和记录运输商服务表现,并帮助运输商提高他们服务.
3. Deal with the complaints and insurance claims, keep good communication with UBs, Logistics procurement, LSP and other teams.积极处理日常客户投诉和保险索赔,保持好的沟通与UB,物流采购,运输商和其他相关团队.
4. Check freight report with LSP monthly, ensure the freight payment completed accurately and timely.每月和运输商核对运费,确保运输商费用正确和及时支付.
5. Analyse the requirements from each UB and customer, provide good operation method.分析各UB和客户的需求,提供好的物流操作方案.
6. Share the successful experience of operation with the team members forwardly to improve the team's operation skills. 主动和团队同事分享成功操作案例,提高团队同事操作技能.
7. Ensure existing operating procedures and processes are adhered to the regulations in ISO9002 and ISO14001 and improving our behavior to ensure the system go smoothly. Ensure order processing in line with TDS requirement.确保现行操作程序符合ISO9002 和 ISO1400的规定，改进行为使系统运行顺畅。确保订单操作程序符合TDS的要求.
8. Ensure all the related process and documentation is in compliance with government regulation.确保相关程序和文件符合政府法规.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor, major in supply chain/ logistics preferred.
2. 3~5 years' related working experiences.
3. CET4 or above and good written and speaking skills, Good computer skills, experiences with SAP is preferred
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
