（具体岗位：商超销售经理、星级酒店销售经理、经销商销售经理、团购销售经理）

1、负责所辖区域月度、季度、年度营销推广计划，完成公司制定的销量目标；

2、督促所辖区域商超、星级酒店、经销商销量进度和回款进度；

3、负责终端渠道开发与维护，终端促销员的管理工作；

4、严格执行公司的各项市场管理规定和商超、酒店、经销商的管理规定

5、及时监测和评估本区域商超、星级酒店、经销商的运行状态、发展潜力、市场动向

6、关注竞争者信息收集根据市场发展状况提出产品需求。

7、负责辖区产品售后服务

任职要求：

1、 中专以上学历，一年以上快消品行业（星级酒店、商超、经销商、团购渠道）工作经验，

2、 具备一定的营销知识，较强的业务谈判能力，市场开拓能力，维护良好的客户关系能力；

3、 具有酒店、商超、经销商、团购资源者优先考虑；

4、 具有独立开发星级酒店、商超、经销商团购渠道销售经验；

5、 良好的沟通能力，具有团队协作精神，有丰富销售团队管理经验；

6、具有清晰的思路，有激情、责任心，善于挑战，能够承受较大的工作压力；

7、 能适应出差

Jointek Fine Wines (JFW) established in 1990, has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and is one of the leading importers of international wine brands in China. In 2000 JFW began to focus on the growing wine market and opened its first wine shop in 2001. Clients include major 5 stars hotels, top-end western restaurants, leading Chinese restaurants, private clubs, night-clubs, supermarkets and retail stores. With a commitment to a quality retail experience for our customers over 60 JFW wine shops can be found all over China -in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Shanghai, Beijing, Fujian, Chengdu, Qingdao, to name a few.
 
Jointek Fine Wines imports wine directly from the country of origin, i.e. France (Chateaux wines, CVBG's and SOVEX's brands), Italy (Cielo e Terra, Cantine Volpi and so on), Spain (Vallformosa), Germany (Schales), U.S.A. (Merryvale, Esser), Chile (Balduzzi), Argentina (Fundacion, La Guarda), Australia (Windowrie, Salena), New Zealand (Sileni) and South Africa (Havana Hills, Du Plessis, Pulpit Rock). In addition, all wines are selected by our leading industry professionals. We have developed close relationships with our suppliers and together we work on quality control. In line with international bench marking and industry expectations on quality control, we store all imported wines in temperature controlled warehouses. In addition, we provide tailor made services to suit customer needs, such as exclusive wine tastings and dinners, educational seminars and staff training sessions with international suppliers, and consultancy advice in contemporary cellar design.
