Essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

· Responsible for monthly closing and prepare monthly, yearly financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) and reports to meet both Chinese and USA requirements

· Develop & Streamline month end closing process

· Responsible for GL account book keeping and ensure accrual and amortize accurate.

· Maintain accounting system and database of iScala

· Ensure the timely and accurate of monthly account reconciliation

· To assist the Accounting Manager in both internal and external audits

· To assist the Accounting Manager in all other aspects of finance and accounting operations

· Supervises the activities of subordinates to ensure that work is completed on a timely basis and that company policies and procedures are followed

· People management & development, KPI set up for team member

Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

· University or above; major in accounting or financial;

· Team management experience; good leadership skill

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to team effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external customers;

· Be familiar with ERP system such as iScala and SAP;

· PC literacy, including Word, Excel etc.;

· Fluency in written and spoken Chinese. Ability to read, write, and speak English

· Be able to work under stress
