1.年龄在27岁至36岁之间，形象气质佳，5年以上实际驾龄，3年以上董事长专职司机经验；

2.熟练驾驶各种高级轿车（如宝马、奔驰、宾利、奥迪等），并熟悉各种车辆的性能；熟悉北京及周边地区的道路，可根据各路段高峰情况合理选择行驶线路；熟悉车辆保养相关知识，能够对车辆进行简单的维修和对车辆的故障原因进行判断；

3.无不良嗜好且没有抽烟及喝酒的习惯；

4.有极强的服务意识，熟悉社交礼仪，沟通能力强； 热爱本职工作；能为领导做好助手，具有较强的团队合作精神，工作细心；具有强烈的责任感，具有良好的职业素养；

5.能够根据董事长的工作时间，安排好自己的工作及生活；

6.无不良记录，从未发生过重大安全事故；

7.家住酒仙桥、大山子附近优先考虑；

8.转正后待遇3500-4500。
