The role is the owner of market model that consolidates the latest market dynamics and translate them into projection of 5-10 years of market growth down to the channel level.

This role is also accountable for the financial modelling of assigned channels for the 5-year strategy; and she/he is also responsible for the EEM compliant modelling of M&A or other commercial initiatives per assignment

This role is also expected to maintain agility on ad-hoc requests, e.g. workshop facilitation, PMO on smaller projects, liaison with external agencies, sharing strategic plan & numbers, etc.

* Annually refresh China Lubricants volume models to reflect the latest view on mega trends
* Collect assumptions of the key market trends, e.g. new car sales, ODI, & EV penetration, by working closely with market insights team and global LUMAS team
* Build & annually refresh of the 5-year financial plan for assigned channels that should fully embed the movement of key assumptions of product mix, uTO, uCOGS, channel mix, etc.
* Co-facilitate strategic workshops, observe discussions and summarize outputs
* Build the EEM compliant economic models for commercial projects that should embed with full sensitivity to key SoVs (source of values)
* Be able support to draft the Information notes and Project Information Package by articulating the SoVs
* Work closely with Performance team in the planning cycle to provide strategic inputs
* Work closely with Performance team to collect the lasted view when a strategy refresh is needed
* Maintain agility on ad-hoc requests, e.g. workshop facilitation, PMO on smaller projects, liaison with external agencies, sharing strategic plan & numbers, etc.
