- Work with Operations team and Functional teams to identify, recommend, and lead the development of store initiatives to improve the store productivity and customer service quality.

- Manage national projects as needed to “Simplify the store process, Improve the customer experience” in a sustainable and scalable way.

- Oversee the regular updates and release of SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)

- Constantly review all processes and procedures to reduce complexity and improve store productivity.

- Drive continuously improvement of operating process and system.

- Oversee the user management (function requirement needs / feedbacks) of store related systems, including but not limited to Retalix, RSIM, KMS and related reporting system.

- Evaluate the efficiency improvement and project effectiveness

- 与运营团队和职能团队合作,制定、推荐和领导改进项目-改善店铺员工的主动性计划的, 以提高店铺的生产力和客户服务质量；

- 按需求管理全国性项目,以可持续和可扩展的方式 "简化商店流程, 改善客户体验"。

- 统筹日常操作标准和SOP (标准操作过程) 的定期更新和发布；

- 持续优化所有流程和过程, 以降低复杂性并提高店铺生产力；

- 推动运营流程和系统的持续改进；

- 统筹店铺相关系统的用户管理 (功能需求需求/反馈), 包括但不限于 Retalix、RSIM、KMS 和相关报告系统；

- 评估效率的提高和项目的有效性。

- Periodic and ad-hoc management information on KPIs and budgets

- Plan on spending, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required to meet the needs of the business
