职位描述

Main Duties of the position

? Be accountable for IT service delivery and support in PRC.

? Activate escalation on customer's incident and problem, and coordinate resolution with local and regional technical team, global support, R&D group and vendor.

? Service performance tracking and reports based on SLA

? Organise regular service review meeting with external client based on SLA.

? Set up procedures and processes to ensure strict respects of customer SLA

? Set up project management office and ensure PM guidelines are followed

? Help quote maintenance, installation and project management

? Play project manager role to manage complex project/program in the region.

? As people manager, leading PRC technical service team, continue coaching and guiding local engineers to provide high standard technical services to our customers.


Knowledge and Experience required:

? Strong experience of service support and delivery to external client, preferably of the finance industry

? Experience of presenting to clients at a management level

? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project

? Good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships

? Must be comfortable to work towards defined SLA

? Must be able to quickly understand the client, their product and their industry

? Must have a good understanding and experience of project management. Holding PMP or PRINCE2 certification at current stage.

? Must have a good understanding of ITIL framework. Holding ITIL V2 or V3 certification at current stage.

? Experience to manage an operation focused team.

? Experience to manage partner and vendor.

? Must be able to communicate in English fluently.


Other Desired knowledge, skills and experience:

? Experience of supporting trading floor users

? Knowledge of Trading Floor technologies, which includes trading turrets, recording technology, trading network, etc.

? Understanding the importance of personal development and ability to work toward achieving agreed actions

? Ability to work as part of a team, contributing and sharing best practices / knowledge / resources and ideas
