职位描述

1. Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources, where applicable.

2. Develop and enhance customs compliance policy and standard operating procedures in accordance to industry standards and relevant laws and regulations.

3. Obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes.

4. Ensure prompt daily clearance of incoming shipments to ensure availability of stocks.

5. Manage and resolve all document-related problems related to import shipments to ensure compliance with customs requirements and timely clearance of import shipment.

6. Manage all urgent shipments or arrivals, special promotions, importations and exportations to ensure timely delivery and clearance.

7. Monitor new developments and changes in customs laws, trade agreements, port policies; enhance policies/standard operating procedures accordingly.

8. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with all import and export policies.

9. Act as a subject matter expert in all import and export operations and provide advice to ensure compliance with required regulations.

1. Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set.

2. Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Supply Chain Management and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals.

3. Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Supply Chain Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning.

职位要求：

1. Demonstrate advanced knowledge in all applicable export and import laws and regulations.

2. Demonstrate basic understanding of supply chain, distribution, transport and logistics.

3. Proven experience in international trade and customs compliance, preferably in the area of import.

4. Demonstrate working knowledge on SAP system.

5. Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions.

6. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

7. Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.

9. Minimum five years' experience in a similar role.

10. Minimum three years' experience in a managerial capacity.
