岗位要求：

 

1、协助设施经理完成公司北京办公室的日常行政工作

 

2、完成前台接待工作，负责公司快件的收发及传递

 

3、办公用品的计划、申请、采购、发放以及领取登记管理

 

4、协助监督公司各项规章制度的执行，为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务

 

5、办公室保洁管理，协调与办公场所物业的日常合作

 

6、协助处理公司安排的其他工作。

 

任职要求：

 

1、年龄不限，统招大专以上学历，3年以上行政管理相关工作经历

 

2、熟练使用office办公软件及办公室相关设施

 

3、形象佳，普通话标准，具备一定的英文书面及口头沟通能力

 

4、良好的沟通、协调和解决问题的能力、有团队意识并具备独立工作的能力

 

5、性格开朗、亲和力强；工作细致、有责任心、做事有条理
