SUMMARY
The Sales trainer will continuously promote the comprehensive abilities of PDM,
by implementing the Class training and field co-visit training, by coordinating clinical and marketing knowledge training and carry out their productivity, by design training topic for PDM training and organize sales skill competition regularly. Design and develop training course for PDMs to improve sales skills; design, initiate and implement sales productivity improving projects to provide consulting support to area business as business partner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
In charge of Class training for Sales Phase Traing
· According to Sales Training Process, carry out training and evaluation for Sales Phase Training such phase I,II etc.
· Organizing examination for clinic Knowledge \Product processes\Marketing Knowledge,according to the ability model of PDM
Implement field co-visit and training to enhance productivity of sales team as business partner
· By the end of per Quarter , submit quarter co-visit plan base on communication with SFE Manager and Sales Managers, Time dedicated to co-visit and filed training should not be less than 50% of total work time
· Carry out field co-visit and make co-visit feedback report
· Regularly follow up performance and competence of the PDM who had been co-visited with to achieve their KPIs
· Organize specific training or workshop according to the need from Sales Team and analysis by self as business partner
Support SFE manager to Design and optimize training topic for PDM
· According to company requirement, support China SFE manager to design the curriculum of PDM’s professional abilities
· Crossing division support and cooperation
· Carry out practice for clinic and marketing updated information along with production launch plan
Organize the competition of sales skill
· Plan\organize\implement and summarize the competition ,in order to continuously promote the professional practice level of comprehensive sales skill ,including subject\content\criterion\division of labor and follow up\summary after examination
Design and develop training course or initiate and implement sales productivity improving projects
· Design and develop training course to improve sales productivities, take the initiative to design and implement such projects base on PDMs’ comprehensive abilities and the development needs of business.
· According business analysis, Reginal need and SFE Goal, design and take charge of project to contribute to enhance sales efficiency.
· Create business value as SFE Business partner
Provide consultative support
Targeting the regional business partners, to offer advice to both business development and people management, implement customized project so as to achieve regional business target.
Reinforce usage and adoption of Sales Tools
· Work with China SFE manager to Launch, implement and training project from APAC or Global headquarter , which is confirmed as useful key drivers
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
· Good predicating ability of training need and design ability of training
· Strong ability of training course design and development
· Professional business planning ability and good execution.
· Excellent communication skill and harmonizing ability
· Good ability in arrangement and study
· Good adaptability for business travel
· Ability overcome unexpected setback and issues
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree and above, major in medical or electric or mechanical stomatology
· At least total 5 years working experience in sales and sales management
· At least 1 years training experience
· Training experience in dental or medical device is an advantage.
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with effective communication skills so as to work with cross function teams to achieve company goals.
· Superior planning, project management and problem-solving skills
· Customer focused and result oriented with high level of integrity
· Ability to adapt to changing environments
· Excellent presentation skills and leadership
· Initiative and clear career goals
