职位描述
注:本职位主要客户EMS(电子制造代工厂),需要有针对EMS(电子制造代工厂)客户销售或销售管理经验。
Responsibility
Manages an assigned territory/ies to exceed sales targets, increase market share and meet AAP objectives:
· Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
· Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all products, services and technology.
· Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
· Directs professional account management activities.
· Coordinates proper AAP resources to ensure efficient and stable sales.
Manages and develops sales team:
· Manages personnel activities of staff (i.e. hires, trains, coaches, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary, etc.).
· Educates sales unit in terms of sales tactics.
· Evaluates effectiveness of Sales Team; recommends necessary changes.
Establishes and manages effective programs and seminars to address the following issues:
· New account sales and growth to base through sales force.
· Sales of emerging products and multi-product sales.
· Improved seminar presentations.
· Pro-active competitive strategies and targeted sales campaign.
· Proper use and level of sales support.
· Management of expenses of the area at a reasonable level.
· Business/financial issues on contracts.
· Performs sales activities on major accounts.
Knowledge
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing or an equivalent training in business or sales management
· Requires five or more years of experience in product sales in the electronic component or high technology sector with at least two years of experience in sales management.It would be better with sales experience with EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Servicces) customers.
· Excellent knowledge of Arrow’s products, services, technology and supply chain solutions
