Objective of the Position / 岗位目标


Carry out material and process research, analysis and development to ensure and secure products quality and industrilization. 通过对材料和工艺的研究，分析和改进，达到保证产品质量的目的。


Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) / 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）


1) Research theory of primer, study adhesive principle between glass and plastic (15%) ; 玻璃和高分子材料之间的粘接剂和底剂的理论研究。（15%）


2) Research study of different soldering methods on glass (15%) ; 对玻璃上面不同焊接方法的研究。（15%）


3) Develop the industrial anti-error methods to gluing process and curing process. (15%); 开发工业化的防错方法，用于粘结和烘干工艺；（15%）


4) Industrial standardization of bonding process, focusing on the hardware (equipment, tools, etc.) and technology. It can cover gluing, 3M tape attachment and soldering processes (15%);
标准化粘结工艺，侧重于硬件 （设备，模具，等）和技术。可以包括胶，3M胶带，和焊接工艺 (15%)


5) Research on the industrial solution to keep the glass surface as clean as possible during production / packing / storage / transportation (15%). 研究工业化的解决方法来保证玻璃表面在生产/包装/储存/运输过程中，能保持干净。(15%)


6) Participate in the R&D projects in CTEC （10％）. 参与CTEC的研发课题。（10％）


7)Participate in the OEM projects development (5%). 参与主机厂的项目开发 (5%).


8) Other actions, studies requested by his line manager. (5%) /直线经理安排的其他工作与课题。


9) Carry out EHS and 5S issues. 完成EHS和5S的各项工作。(5%)
