The major responsibilities will be:
1. Manage the roadmap of digital offer
2. Reveal the customers’ needs and build up the value
through R&D
3. Accountable for the Business Plan, check and
optimize plan regularly
4. Understand the trends of the targeted segments and
targeted competitors.
5. Cooperate and support service and operation team to
close digital business loop. Monitoring
Required skills and experiences
1. >5 years of work experience in offer management in automation industry.
2. Enough knowledge for industry IoT knowledge
3. Basic knowledge for the data analysis
4. Good interpersonal skill, collaborative and team working.
5. Ability to understand and analyze the customers business, needs & requirements, as well as the “value chain” of all the players of a segment, in order to recommend product application and/or service solution to improve customers’ profitability while gaining a competitive advantage.
6. Ability to understand and define market characteristics and dynamics, including various channels to market, and to identify, analyze and segment the market, in order to build relevant business plans to penetrate/develop/influence selected targets. This competency relates to what is called in certain entities Strategic Marketing.
7. Ability to know and understand Schneider Electric offer, its features, its advantages, its applications as well as competitors’ offer, in order to build new offer specifications / to adapt existing offer to specific needs / to support these offers.
8. Bachelor degree or above, Electrical Engineering and Automation degree or equivalent experience.
9. Fluent English, both speaking and writing.
